Triple superphosphate in Phosphate Fertilizers
Triple superphosphate(TSP),It is made by concentrated phosphoric acid and ground phosphate rock. It is a high concentration water soluble phosphate fertilizer, and widely used for many soil. It can be used to be basic fertilizer, additional fertilizer, germ fertilizer and raw materials for compound fertilizer production.
TSP is a high-concentration, water-soluble quick-acting phosphate fertilizer, and its effective phosphorus content is 2.5 to 3.0 times that of ordinary calcium (SSP). The product can be used as base fertilizer, top dressing, seed fertilizer and raw materials for compound fertilizer production; widely used in rice, wheat, corn, sorghum, cotton, fruits, vegetables and other food crops and economic crops; widely used in red soil and yellow soil , Brown soil, yellow fluvo-aquic soil, black soil, cinnamon soil, purple soil, albic soil and other soil qualities.
Be adopted the traditional chemical method (Den method) for production.
Phosphate rock powder (slurry) reacts with sulfuric acid for liquid-solid separation to obtain wet-process dilute phosphoric acid. After concentration, concentrated phosphoric acid is obtained. Concentrated phosphoric acid and phosphate rock powder are mixed (chemically formed), and the reaction materials are stacked and matured, granulated, dried, sieved, (if necessary, anti-caking package), and cooled to obtain the product.
Superphosphate, also known as ordinary superphosphate, is a phosphate fertilizer directly prepared by decomposing phosphate rock with sulfuric acid. The main useful components are calcium dihydrogen phosphate hydrate Ca (H2PO4) 2 · H2O and a small amount of free phosphoric acid, as well as anhydrous calcium sulfate (useful for sulfur deficient soil). Calcium superphosphate contains 14% ~ 20% effective P2O5 (80% ~ 95% of which is soluble in water), which belongs to water-soluble quick acting phosphate fertilizer. Gray or gray white powder (or particles) can be directly used as phosphate fertilizer. It can also be used as an ingredient for making compound fertilizer.
A colorless or light gray granular (or powder) fertilizer. Solubility most of them are easily soluble in water, and a few are insoluble in water and easily soluble in 2% citric acid (citric acid solution).
